Our Information Packet PDF includes the Studio Rate Card/Rental Agreement, Studio Layouts, our Camera Equipment Rental Rates, the Lighting & Electrical Equipment Rental order form, and the Grip & Rigging Equipment Rental order form.
Gaffers are welcome to bring their lighting and grip gear to the stage. We include DTC's equipment rental forms in our information packet in case you want DTC to supply gear that your gaffer may not have on hand. DTC can arrange to drop off gear rented from them on the day before your shoot and then pick it up the day after.
The rates shown below for both studios include the following:- A scissor lift
- An 8 foot step ladder
- The basic distro
- 8 folding tables
- 22 folding chairs
- 2 Tall director's chairs
- A stage manager
The rates for Studio A include the 14 2K spacelights and socapex distro for the prelit cove. We also have blackout skirts and gel frames for the spacelights.

The cove and floor must be kept in good condition. Absolutely no drilling into or attachments to the cove walls are allowed. The Studio A cove is green. It can be painted, but must be returned to the original color at the project's end. |

A Full Day rental is 10 hours, a Half Day is 5 hours. The Half Day rate is 60% of the Full Day rate. A Booking is a confirmed reservation which guarantees your desired date(s). Bookings are valid upon confirmed receipt of a 50% rental deposit, and a signed contract. A certificate of insurance and a $200 cleaning deposit must be received prior to the booked date. Cancellation of bookings will be subject to the following penalties and will be billed as follows: |
